Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FJ Hide Price Shopify application ("the App") provided by INVESTMENT AND FUNDING LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the App on your Shopify store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Service Description

FJ Hide Price is a Shopify application that automatically hides product prices when items go out of stock and restores them when products are restocked. The App integrates with your Shopify store through Shopify's official API.

3. Shopify Integration

The App operates within the Shopify platform and requires an active Shopify subscription. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues related to the Shopify platform itself.

4. Payment and Billing

The App is priced at $50/month, billed through your Shopify account. Shopify handles all payment processing. By installing the App, you authorize Shopify to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on file.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its code, design, and documentation, are owned by INVESTMENT AND FUNDING LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INVESTMENT AND FUNDING LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
